The fourth edition of the International Roma Film Festival is officially planned from 15 to 23 october. Among the 14 films competing for the final prize “Alza la testa” with Sergio Castellitto, “Up in the air” by Jason Reitman – Juno’s author – and “Plan B” by Marc Berger.

Silvio Berlusconi, Italy’s Prime Minister, has done it once more. In a public speach in Milan he called Obama tanned and then went on to say “”You wouldn’t believe it, but they go sunbathing at the beach together – his wife is also sun-tanned.”.

Emergency UK, the UK arm of the long-established Italian charity, has scheduled a fine art exhibition at Unit 24, an art gallery in South Bank, London. Starting on the 1st of October, the exhibition will be on show until the 29th of October.
